By downloading, installing or using LooksPro AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

LooksPro AI provides users with AI-powered facial image analysis and personalized beauty and grooming recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register for an account or link an Apple ID to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and keep your registration information up to date.

4. User Responsibilities

• Content uploaded by you: You are responsible for all media (photos, voice recordings) you upload or submit via the App. You must ensure you own the rights to this media and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
• Conduct: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair our service or security.
• Compliance: You must comply with all local, national and international laws applicable to your use of the App.

5. Subscription and Payments

The App offers auto-renewing subscription options for full access to premium analysis features. Subscription titles, durations, and pricing will be clearly disclosed in the App and App Store metadata. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings. Refunds, if any, are provided only as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, interfaces, code, algorithms) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information and media.

8. Disclaimers

The App and its services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the analysis or recommendations provided by the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease and any subscription may be cancelled.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may change or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. The revised Terms will be posted in the App or on our website and the “Updated Date” will be updated. Your continued use of the App after the changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
